Not at all! Our Retreats are designed for all levels, and our instructors offer modifications so you can move at your own pace — whether you're a beginner or seasoned pro.

Not at all. Gluten-free and dairy-free requirements are common and most of our hosts accommodate them well. Greek cuisine has naturally gluten-free options like grilled fish, Greek salads, and vegetable dishes. We'll confirm with the host that they can cater properly before you book.

It depends on the specific retreat and venue. Some locations involve stairs, uneven terrain, or activities that require certain mobility levels. Be completely honest about your mobility needs when you enquire, and we'll work with hosts to find suitable options or discuss reasonable accommodations.

Most retreats include airport transfers as part of the package. You'll receive detailed arrival information including which airport to fly into, where to meet your transfer, and contact details. For island retreats, this may include ferry connections. We will help coordinate all logistics so you don't need to worry about Greek transport systems.

We provide a comprehensive, tailored packing guide for your specific retreat. Generally for September: light layers (mornings/evenings can be cool), comfortable clothes for yoga/activities, swimwear, sun protection (hat, sunglasses, high-SPF sunscreen), comfortable walking shoes, any personal medications, and a light jacket. September weather is usually warm but less intense than July-August.
