Public Liability Waiver for Retreats Sold By Retreats in Greece, Evexia (Kos)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY BOOKING, YOU ARE DIGITALLY AGREEING TO THIS WAIVER AND ACKNOWLEDGING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I understand that participation in the Evexia Fitness & Wellness Retreats (the “Retreats”), held in Kos, involves physical activities such as fitness classes, wellness exercises, outdoor activities, and other related programs. I acknowledge that such activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury (e.g., muscle strains, sprains, fractures, etc.);
• Medical emergencies, including dehydration or overexertion;
• Unforeseen accidents during activities or excursions;
• Risks associated with weather, terrain, or other environmental factors.

I confirm that I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities and assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries incurred, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

2. Fitness to Participate

I affirm that I am in good physical health and capable of safely participating in the activities offered during the Retreats. I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, injuries, or other health concerns to the organizers prior to my participation.

I understand that it is my sole responsibility to monitor my own physical condition throughout the Retreats and to cease participation if I experience any discomfort, pain, or other health issues.

3. Assumption of Responsibility
I agree to:

• Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the instructors, staff, or organizers during the Retreats;
• Use all equipment and facilities in a safe and responsible manner;
• Take all necessary precautions to ensure my safety and the safety of others.

I accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that occur due to my failure to follow such instructions or precautions.

4. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge Evexia Fitness & Wellness Retreats, its owners, directors, staff, contractors, agents, and affiliates (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for:

• Personal injury, illness, or death arising from my participation in the Retreats;
• Loss or damage to personal property during my time at the Retreats;
• Any claims, demands, or actions resulting from my participation in the Retreats, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, demands, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Retreats.

6. Emergency Medical Treatment

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the organizers of the Retreats to arrange for emergency medical treatment on my behalf. I agree to bear all costs associated with such treatment and waive any claims against the Released Parties for arranging or providing such assistance.

7. Media Release

I grant permission for photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Retreats to be used by Evexia Fitness & Wellness Retreats for promotional purposes. I understand that no compensation will be provided for such use. If I do not wish to grant this permission, I will notify the organizers in writing prior to the Retreats.

8. Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from this waiver or the Retreats shall be resolved in the courts of Greece.

9. Acknowledgment and Signature

By booking with Retreats in Greece, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood the public liability waiver as detailed above;
• You accept and agree to all terms stated therein;
• Your booking is made voluntarily and without any inducement;
• Your booking is taken as your digital and legal signature, indicating your full agreement to this waiver.
