I began practicing yoga several years ago while recovering from a physical injury. Beyond improving my body’s flexibility, yoga profoundly transformed my mindset and helped me navigate many life challenges, including multiple traumas.
At the same time, I immersed myself in the study of Ayurveda, this beautiful ancient system of medicine. It completely reshaped my daily routine, allowing me to feel more in harmony with my body and at peace in my mind. Today, I offer a wide range of treatments to support individuals experiencing various forms of discomfort and imbalance.
Having participated in several yoga retreats, I gathered the most meaningful and effective elements from each experience to create My Peace Retreat. In collaboration with one of the finest yoga teachers I know, Stephanie, we have brought together powerful practices and tools designed to help you live each day at your very best.

Certified in Pilates (Matwork 1, 2, and 3) and holding a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from the Vikasa School in Thailand, I have been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga in both group and private classes for several years.
Trained in Buddhist philosophy, I practiced Vipassana—an ancient Indian meditation technique—at the Suan Mokkh Sanctuary in Bangkok, where I studied the teachings of Buddhadasa Bhikkhu.
Physical yoga postures, breath-centered practices, Buddhist philosophy, and meditation form the foundation of each of my classes. With generosity and kindness, I adapt every session to your individual needs.
