RETREATS IN GREECE
TRAVEL AGENT PARTNERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 15 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Retreats in Greece (“Retreats in Greece”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and any approved travel agency (“Travel Partner”, “you”, “your”) participating in the Retreats in Greece Travel Agent Partnership Programme.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Retreats in Greece Travel Agent Partnership Programme is open only to legitimate, registered travel agencies.
To become an approved Travel Partner, you must:
Retreats in Greece reserves the right to approve or decline any partnership application at its sole discretion.
2. TRAINING & CERTIFICATION
Before promoting or selling Retreats in Greece products, Travel Partners must complete the required training programme.

Once training has been completed and approved, the agency will become an authorised Retreats in Greece Travel Partner.
3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Approved Travel Partners are eligible to earn commission on eligible retreat bookings.
Standard Commission
Most retreats pay a commission of up to 10% of the retreat price.
Legacy Retreats
A small number of legacy retreats within our portfolio pay a commission rate of 8%.
Where an 8% commission applies, Retreats in Greece will clearly notify the Travel Partner before a booking is confirmed.
Commission is calculated on the retreat price only and excludes:
4. BOOKING PROCESS
All bookings must be made through Retreats in Greece.
Retreats in Greece will:

Retreats in Greece reserves the right to refuse commission claims submitted after a booking has been completed.
5. COMMISSION PAYMENT
Commission becomes payable only when:

6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All bookings remain subject to the cancellation and refund policies applicable to the specific retreat and retreat host.
If a client cancels their booking and receives a refund:

7. MARKETING & PROMOTION
Travel Partners may promote Retreats in Greece products using approved marketing materials supplied by Retreats in Greece.

8. BRANDING & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Retreats in Greece name, logo, website content, photography, videos, training materials, marketing materials and other intellectual property remain the property of Retreats in Greece.
Travel Partners are granted a non-exclusive right to use approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Retreats in Greece products.
9. CLIENT MANAGEMENT
Retreats in Greece reserves the right to communicate directly with clients regarding:

10. DATA PROTECTION
Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
Client information shall only be used for legitimate business purposes connected to the booking and delivery of retreat services.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Retreats in Greece acts as a travel agency and retreat booking specialist.
Retreats in Greece shall not be liable for:

12. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this partnership at any time by providing written notice.
Retreats in Greece may immediately terminate a partnership if a Travel Partner:
Termination will not affect commission already earned on eligible bookings.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Retreats in Greece reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the Retreats in Greece website and will become effective upon publication.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
