Dimitra's journey of self-inquiry began with deep questioning and daydreaming, eventually leading to yoga as a path of healing and transformation. During a dark phase in her life, yoga became her sanctuary, showing her that true happiness comes from within. As she traveled to India, she immersed herself in yoga philosophy, meditation, and spirituality. With over a decade of practice, her teaching blends Hatha, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Vinyasa, and Iyengar, incorporating sound healing and mantra chanting to create a holistic, grounding, and uplifting experience.
