This retreat is designed to bring you balance – with a combination of energizing workouts, restorative Pilates sessions, and the freedom to explore one of Greece’s most captivating islands.

From morning mat Pilates overlooking the sea to powerful sunset sessions of strength and Tabata, each day will help you move mindfully, recharge deeply, and feel strengthened inside and out.

Join us for a week filled with energizing workouts, beach Pilates sessions, and dynamic training concepts that will leave you stronger, more centered, and more connected to yourself.

From energizing Tabata workouts and strength sessions to flowing Pilates classes in various styles, you’ll experience the perfect balance of strength and relaxation. And because true transformation is more than just training, we’ll explore the island together—with breathtaking hikes, local experiences, and plenty of time to simply unwind by the sea.

Sunshine, motivation, community, and unforgettable moments await you—right on the beach, under the Greek sky.

🧘‍♀️ Your week at a glance

Saturday (Arrival):
Arrival, settling in, and getting to know each other, followed by a group dinner at 6:30 p.m.

Sunday to Friday:
Start each morning with Mat Pilates whilsts absorbing the energy of the Greek air as the sun rises.

Afterwards, enjoy breakfast together and free time to relax, swim, or explore the island.

In the afternoon, there will be a mix of tabata, strength & Pilates workouts – a powerful yet mindful way to energise your body.

Wednesday:
Guided hike and visit to Pandrosia (A local Aloe Vera farm that creates local and organic products for your face & body) – a unique combination of nature and movement.

Thursday:
Free day for optional activities such as a boat trip, horseback riding, a hammam, or an island tour.

Friday:
Final dinner together by the sea – time to reflect on a week full of growth, joy, and connection.

Saturday (Departure):
Breakfast together and farewells – leaving with a stronger body and a clearer mind.

Meet your local host

Meet your local host

As the host of the Pilates Strength Retreat on Kos, I combine years of athletic experience with a deep passion for movement, health, and personal development. Sport has been a central part of my life since childhood. Over the years, I have trained at a competitive level in various disciplines – from gymnastics and swimming to triathlon. This versatility has not only given me physical strength but also endurance, precision, and a profound understanding of bodywork.

Professionally, I work as an HR trainer, which has given me a keen sense for people, motivation, and learning processes. Alongside this, I have continuously expanded my athletic expertise: During the pandemic, I led online Tabata and HIIT classes, and today I am a certified Pilates instructor with extensive experience in mat Pilates. For me, sport is not a hobby but a way of life that I authentically share.

My Pilates Strength Retreat on Kos combines my experience, my passion for sports, and my joy in guiding others. Participants can expect a blend of invigorating Pilates, mindful training, relaxing nature, and conscious reflection. I want to enable everyone to strengthen body and mind, recharge their energy, and leave with a lasting sense of physical self-efficacy.
