An ultimate self-care yoga retreat that will leave you feeling deeply alive and connected more authentically!
Tucked away in the Cyclades, just a one-hour ferry ride from Athens, lies the island of Kéa, a quiet and charming retreat. Our home for the week is the secluded luxury Villa Nāos, perched high above the glistening Aegean Sea and built into the rugged cliffside.
The atmosphere is one of slow luxury, where you will be cocooned in stylish comfort, with nature and the Aegean Sea as a constant backdrop. This intimate retreat, limited to just nine women, allows for a more personalised experience and individual attention.
Our days will begin in the quiet of the morning with an energising Vinyasa practice to awaken the body, mind, and spirit. Beyond the physical practice, we will explore the wisdom of yoga philosophy, offering moments of inquiry and contemplation into the deeper questions: Who am I? How do I wish to live? What does it mean to be heart-led?
As the sun sets, we will transition into the quieter practices of Yin, meditation, and sound healing to soothe the nervous system, creating space for deep rest, integration, and renewal. Our private chef will nourish us with a delicious Mediterranean menu crafted from locally grown ingredients, connecting us more deeply to the land. Every practice and experience has been carefully curated to awaken something within you. Whether profound or beautifully simple, each one is designed to touch the heart.
An ultimate self-care yoga retreat that will leave you feeling deeply alive and connected more authentically!
