Enjoy daily morning hatha yoga and evening yin yoga with yoga nidra, private villa accommodation, and wholesome brunches served on a shaded terrace. The experience also includes a boat trip to a neighbouring island, sunrise meditation, a sound bath, access to spa facilities, and optional massage treatments.
There is ample free time to explore the island’s sandy, uncrowded beaches, natural pools, and traditional Cycladic town, or simply to unwind, relax, and savour doing nothing at all.

Hannah has been teaching and sharing yoga since 2016, based in her home in the French Alps. She offers hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, yoga nidra, and mindfulness meditation practices, and is also a certified massage therapist.
Hannah began running retreats in 2021 in beautiful locations, each thoughtfully crafted as a true retreat from the busyness of day-to-day life - a space to relax, unwind, and slow down enough to appreciate and connect more deeply with the natural world around us.
Through breath and mindful movement, her yoga practice offers an opportunity to cultivate that same appreciation and connection within ourselves, and to discover our own sense of yoga bliss.
