Coming Home is a deeply personal solo retreat for those navigating transition, burnout, or a quiet longing to return to themselves.
Each day follows a gentle, supportive rhythm that combines guided sessions with personal time.
Between sessions, you are invited to rest, walk in nature, journal, or simply be — allowing insights to settle naturally.
A simple daily schedule is shared upon arrival, offering clarity and ease throughout your stay.
The surrounding landscape — forest paths, chapels, gorges, and the open sea — plays an integral role in grounding the process and supporting integration.
Breakfast and lunch are self-catered, giving you autonomy during the day.
Shared dinners are included, offering a grounding close to each day.
Guests are asked to rent their own car, allowing independence and flexibility during the retreat.
Additional food support (such as breakfast ingredients or lunch preparation) may be arranged following the introductory call, if desired.
The retreat includes a local, self-led pilgrimage, thoughtfully designed and supported with preparation and integration.
For those wishing to expand the experience, an optional full-day guided journey to the south of the island can be arranged after your booking call. This is an enhancement and not required for the retreat to feel complete.
This retreat is well suited for you if you are:
• at a life threshold or period of transition
• feeling emotionally or energetically depleted
• seeking clarity, grounding, and reconnection
• drawn to depth rather than group dynamics
You do not need to arrive with a clear intention — clarity often emerges naturally through the process.
No previous experience with retreats, meditation, or ceremony is required.
To ensure a good fit, a short introductory call is required before confirmation.
This allows us to:
• explore your intentions
• answer practical questions
• ensure the retreat is aligned with your needs
