Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, each session is designed to uplift, ground, and restore. In between practices, there’s plenty of free time for beach relaxation, sea dives, cycling, tennis, SUP, and even a playful game of floor chess or table tennis. "This retreat was everything I needed and more. The Pilates sessions were energizing yet gentle, and the breathwork practices helped me reconnect with myself in a way I hadn’t expected. Waking up surrounded by nature at Glamping on Kos made the whole experience feel magical. I left feeling grounded, strong, and so much lighter."
