What you will do...
Set on the tranquil island of Lesvos, The Grace Within Retreat offers a soul-nourishing blend of yoga, sound healing, and nature. Over the course of 8 days and 7 nights, participants will embark on a journey of inner peace, with daily Vinyasa yoga practices, restorative sound baths, and transformative workshops. Held at the serene Milelja Retreat Center, this intimate haven is nestled in lush gardens, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The center’s unique natural spring water pool adds an extra healing element to the experience, known for its skin-nourishing and bone-strengthening properties. The retreat schedule combines invigorating morning yoga sessions, enriching afternoon workshops, and peaceful evenings of Yoga Nidra and sound baths. Attendees will also have the chance to relax by the pool, indulge in optional massage treatments, and explore the picturesque town of Molyvos. With its blend of ancient Greek history and unspoiled beauty, Molyvos offers a charming backdrop for reflection and relaxation. My name is Dimitra Cerriku
My yoga journey began during a challenging and dark phase of my life. From the moment I stepped on my mat, I felt a deep sense of homecoming. Yoga became a transformative tool, allowing me to heal, connect, and understand life in a profound way. It taught me that real happiness is cultivated from within. With over a decade of practice, my teaching style reflects the wisdom and depth I have gained through years of exploration and dedication.

Location
The stunning Island of Lesvos is rich in Culture and Heritage. Apart from its rich cultural background, the island of Lesvos has a lot to offer: amazing medieval and Ottoman architecture, impressive landscapes, beautiful beaches, nice thermal springs, many sea caves, and lush green nature. In fact, a popular activity on Lesvos is birdwatching.
Daily Activities
DAY 1
Arrival
Arrive at the tranquil island of Lesvos and check in. The retreat begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to the program. Afterward, enjoy a delicious dinner and take in the peaceful surroundings.
DAY 2
Start the day with a refreshing morning yoga practice to energize your body. After a nourishing breakfast, join an afternoon workshop focused on Sun Salutations and their fundamentals. The day concludes with a wholesome dinner, giving you time to relax and connect with fellow participants.
DAY 3
Begin your day with a calming morning yoga session, followed by a healthy breakfast. In the afternoon you will experience a restorative yoga session combined with a healing sound bath, perfect for relaxation. End the day with a peaceful dinner and time to reflect on the days activities.
DAY 4
We will start your day with morning yoga, then enjoy a nutritious breakfast. In the afternoon, join a workshop exploring the flexibility and strength in "Hips and Forward Bends Unbound" Enjoy a delicious freshly prepared dinner, followed by time to unwind and share experiences with the group.
DAY 5
Your day begins with an invigorating morning yoga practice. After breakfast, participate in a deep relaxation session of Yoga Nidra and then partake in a Sound bath in the afternoon. The evening will offer a peaceful dinner and time to relax.
DAY 6
Start with a morning yoga practice, followed by breakfast. Join an afternoon workshop on "Backbends: Illumination of the Spine," deepening your yoga practice. Afterward, enjoy a nourishing dinner and then reflecting on the day’s teachings.
DAY 7
The final day of the retreat begins with your last morning yoga session, followed by a wholesome breakfast. In the afternoon, celebrate your journey with the closing ceremony - Kirtan. Conclude the day with a heartfelt dinner, sharing your unique experiences with new friends!
DAY 8
Departure
After a final breakfast you will check out of the retreat, taking with you the peace and rejuvenation you’ve gained from your transformative experience.
