A few words about me :
I am a yoga teacher, facilitator of Systemic Constellation workshops, and organizer of yoga retreats in Greece and abroad. My approach integrates techniques such as acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, shiatsu, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), helping individuals connect more deeply with themselves and discover solutions to personal and professional challenges.
My goal is to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through experiential sessions and tools that foster self-awareness, balance, and healing.
